The Port Townsend-Keystone Partnership Group is holding a meeting Friday afternoon to talk about the ferry reservation system.

The meeting takes place at 1 p.m., Friday, April 9, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m. in the Pope Marine Building in Port Townsend.

The meeting will review how the current reservation system is working, provide suggestions on how to improve the system and look at ways to implement the system throughout the Puget Sound.

A reservation system has been in effect at Keystone for a year, but South Whidbey residents have been balking at implementing one on the Clinton to Mukilteo route.

The Pope Marine Building is located on the dock at the corner of Water and Madison streets, within walking distance of the Port Townsend Ferry Terminal.
