Wednesday crash stalls traffic in Oak Harbor

A two-car, non-injury accident at the intersection of Highway 20 and Cabot Drive caused a traffic bottleneck Wednesday, shortly after 1 p.m. No one was transported to the hospital, according to the Oak Harbor Police Department.
