Ferry running again at Keystone
November 6, 2009 · Updated 10:47 AM
Service on the Port Townsend to Keystone ferry route resumed Friday morning.
The Steilacoom II had been out of service for more than a day so work crews could rebuild an auxiliary generator that had been damaged a week before. Sailings on the ferry were canceled starting Wednesday night and continued all day Thursday.
The ferry became operational again with the 6:30 a.m. sailing from Port Townsend.
