Talk technology at school roundtable
October 9, 2009 · 1:14 PM
The Coupeville School Board is hosting a “Tech Talk Roundtable” Monday, Oct. 12, at 6:30 p.m. in the Coupeville Middle and High School Commons. There will be presentations demonstrating the integration of technology into classroom learning. There will also be an opportunity to share comments with the board about current technology and what might be needed.
School leaders are considering a tech levy to help fund new technology for the district. Board members are interested in responses to the following questions:
• What technology do you consider to be essential to classroom learning?
• What are your thoughts about the district proposing a tech levy election to help fund new acquisitions?
