Parents will have an early opportunity to meet with teachers as fall conferences take place this week in Oak Harbor.

Parents of kindergarteners meet with teachers starting Wednesday, with all the elementary grades meeting Thursday and Friday on a scheduled basis. At the high school and middle schools, teachers will be available throughout the day as parents drop in on a first-come, first-served basis. There is no school for students Thursday and Friday.

All high school teachers will be available at the main campus, either in the gym or in the field house. Parking will be in the student parking lot, with gym access in the corner by the tennis courts. High school conference hours will take place Thursday from 9 to 11 a.m., noon to 3 p.m., and 4 to 7 p.m.; and Friday from 9 a.m. to noon.

North Whidbey Middle School teachers will be available Thursday from 11 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. and Friday 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. Oak Harbor Middle School will hold conferences Thursday from 8 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., 1 to 4 p.m., and 5 to 7 p.m. They will be open Friday from 8 to 11 a.m.
