Oak Harbor Firefighters extinguish an electrical fire under the hood of a 1996 Chevrolet Trail Blazer Tuesday night on Putnam Drive. The small conflagration was deemed accidental, according to the fire department. Car owner David Wright said he changed the starter earlier in the day and hooked up the battery cables.
