Emergency personnel responded to a two-car crash Tuesday morning just before 8 a.m. at the corner of SE 9th Avenue and Maylor Street in Oak Harbor.

A Chevy Malibu and a Jeep Cherokee collided at the intersection, with the jeep crunching into a stop sign and knocking it down, said Oak Harbor Deputy Fire Chief Mike Buxton.

The driver of the Jeep was transported to Whidbey General Hospital with facial injuries. The driver of the sedan and her young daughter were both uninjured.
