Issac Vandenhaak, 12, gets a free haircut at the Garage of Blessings Monday from Navy Exchange barber Holly Ashmore.

Each year, the Garage of Blessings, located off of Goldie Road in Oak Harbor, provides free haircuts through volunteer stylists and hands out free school supplies and clothing to help Oak Harbor students get ready for the new school year.

The Garage of Blessings accepts donations that are, in turn, returned to the community at no cost.
