Gov. Jay Inslee and other state officials will meet outside the Legislative building at noon Tuesday, April 15 to lower the flags in memory of the victims of the Oso landslide that occurred on March 22, 2014.

The governor and others will gather on the steps of the Legislative building before lowering the flag in the flag circle.
