Oak Harbor Downtown has no tricks, safe treats

More activities are still going on in celebration of Halloween. The Downtown Merchants Association is holding its annual No Tricks, Safe Treats, 5-7 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 31.

Businesses along Pioneer Way will be passing out candy to trick-or-treaters.

The road will be closed along the one-way section of Pioneer Way, from City Beach Street to Midway Boulevard. Children can freely collect candy without concerns about traffic and are encouraged to wear their best costumes.
