Heres registration information for students in Coupeville School District.
New student registration at Coupeville High School will be held Aug. 18 to 22 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The counseling office will be open during that time. Appointments may be scheduled by contacting Robin Dunnagan, counseling secretary, at 678-4409, ext. 225, or counselor Christie Sears at extension 226.
To make a registration appointment, call the school office between Aug. 11 and 15 at 678-4409, ext. 239.
To register a student for middle school call Student Services Monday, Aug. 18, for an appointment, 678-4409, ext. 224 or 225. Appointments may be made for Wednesday, Aug. 20, Thursday, Aug. 21, and Friday, Aug. 22, from 8 a.m. to 2 p.m.
Current Coupeville High School students may make schedule changes Tuesday, Aug. 19, or Wednesday, Aug. 20, from 5 to 8:30 p.m.
Contact Dunnagan or Sears with any questions regarding schedule changes.
Entering middle or high school students and their parents or guardians need to bring the following to registration:
Name and address of students previous school
Information about any special programs in which the student participated
Current immunization record and/or a certificate of exemption from one or more immunizations
Copy of students transcript
Copy of the written authorization to attend Coupeville schools if residing in either Oak Harbor or South Whidbey districts.
Kindergarten through fifth grade students will register Aug. 18, 19 and 20 from 9 a.m to 3:30 p.m. at the elementary school office. Students need to bring a birth certificate if attending school for the first time. All students must bring immunization records or waiver, name and address of the last school attended, and any special programs.
