Here they are:The following items were selected from reports made to the Island County Sheriff's Office:Wednesday, Jan 5At 5:29 p.m., a burglary was reported on Ledgewood Beach Road. A bow and arrow and a bottle of liquor were stolen.Friday, Jan. 7At 2:16 p.m., a woman reported the possible theft of Pokemon cards on a bus. Sunday, Jan. 9At 7:39 a.m., a police officer reported that three poles fell down on West Beach Road and one landed on a car, trapping people inside. The occupants had to wait until the power company turned off the power.Tuesday, April 11At 9:46 p.m., Dines Point Road residents reported that someone entered their cabin and put rat poison on their pillows. They said someone previously put rat poison in their shoes.Wednesday, April 12 At 9:06 a.m., an Umatilla Drive resident reported that an ostrich was in his yard. It turned out to be an emu and the owner was called to pick it up.Sunday, June 11 At 10:31 a.m., a Woods Lane resident reported that a woman assaulted him because he wouldn't go to church.Tuesday, June 13At 9:24 p.m., a Spitfire Lane resident reported that an aggressive deer was in her front yard. She said the deer charged her truck and was going after her dog.Saturday, July 22At 3:51 p.m., a man reported that he was helping a woman remove furniture from a E. Troxell Road home and found plastic, a meat saw and a bloody rag under her ex-husband's water bed.Sunday, Oct. 8At 2:06 a.m., an Oak Harbor Road resident reported finding a four-foot snake in his bedroom.Saturday, Oct. 14At 10:26 a.m., a woman reported that a 48-year-old Crockett Lake Road man claimed to be Jesus on a mission and drove to Renton to see his ex-wife. She said the man is diabetic, didn't take his medicine and shouldn't be driving.Monday, Oct. 30At 6:37 p.m., a Silverspur Road resident said kids came to his house trick-or-treating. They refused to leave without candy.Wednesday, Nov. 1At 12:52 a.m., a Crescent Harbor Road resident reported feeling an earthquake. The call was followed by several more.Sunday, Nov. 25At 5:05 a.m., a Golf Course Road resident reported hearing someone on a roof of his house. He called back and said he heard someone fall off the roof.Monday, Nov. 27At 10:52 p.m., a Harbor Estates Road resident reported that a strange man keeps coming to his house and peeping in his window.Wednesday, Dec. 20At 4:20 p.m., there was a report that a man exposed himself to a woman on Highway 20 at Admiral Drive. The man then got into a white pickup and followed the woman and her children home. The suspected flasher was arrested.The following items were selected from reports made to the Oak Harbor Police Department:Saturday, Jan. 1At 11:38 a.m., there was a report that a TV and two pillows were stolen from a S.E. Pioneer Way building. Monday, Jan 3At 9:12 a.m., a N.E. Sumner Drive resident reported that a lighted penguin was stolen. Friday, Jan. 7At 7:49 a.m., a NE Izett Street resident reported that a 3-year-old child was not breathing and foaming from the mouth. The baby was later pronounced dead. The coroner was unable to find the exact cause of death.Saturday, Jan. 8At 8:28 p.m., a N.E. Eighth Street resident reported that some sort of animal was inside her garage chewing on something. Saturday, Jan. 22At 10:01 a.m., a resident reported that dogs were running loose and relieving themselves on SE Barrington Drive. Thursday, Feb. 3At 1:02 a.m., a bartender at a SE Pioneer Way bar reported that a woman, who appeared to be completely wet, was pushing a man.Sunday, March 5At 6:45 p.m., a resident of Highway 525 in Greenbank reported that she was out of town and her housesitter went through her belongings, stole a gun and some jewelry, and made calls to Madagascar. Tuesday, March 7At 8:35 a.m., a Shady Lane resident reported that a neighbor rooster has been crowing at 2 a.m. every day.Saturday, March 18 At 11:54 p.m., a driver reported seeing three people on Deception Pass bridge carrying a barrel, possibly to throw over. Friday, June 23At 6:49 p.m., a witness reported that two men were standing out on a deck mooning people as they drove by.Tuesday, July 4 At 7:50 p.m., a woman reported that a man in a cowboy hat was standing on Highway 20 and screaming obscenities through a bull horn.Friday, July 21At 11:16 p.m., a Highway 20 resident reported that she caught a peeping Tom looking in one of her windows. He ran away.Friday, July 28At 8:16 a.m., a woman reported that a man flashed her on NW Ensign Drive.Sunday, July 30 At 6:18 p.m., a SE Eighth Avenue resident reported that he found a dead cat that he thinks may have been part of an occult ritual. The cat's back portion and all the bones were gone.Wednesday, Aug. 23At 8:00 p.m., a SW Island Lane resident reported that a 3-year-old girl took off her dress and ran off in an unknown direction. A neighbor later found the girl. At 8:56 p.m., a man reported that his son found a shotgun in the woods while looking for a missing girl.Monday, Sept. 4At 12:39 p.m., there was a report that a man with no clothes on was in the parking lot of Kmart. Another caller reported that the man kept dropping his shorts and flashing customers.Thursday, Oct. 4 At 9:25 a.m., a Heller Road resident reported that someone left a deer carcass on her front porch.Friday, Nov. 10At 1:13 p.m., a man reported that he caught his 18-year-old son and 15-year-old daughter naked together in the bathroom. His daughter ran away afterward.Thursday, Dec. 7At 4:59 p.m., an Oak Harbor parent reported that her 11-year-old daughter saw a man standing naked next to a white car on Taylor Road bus stop.The following items were selected from reports made to the Coupeville Police Department:Tuesday, Jan. 18At 12:57 a.m., a NE Fourth Street resident reported that someone was under her house. Saturday, Jan. 22At 6:10 p.m., a resident reported that there were people going up and down Parker Road trying to sell steaks for $1 a pound. Tuesday, April 11At 3 p.m., a woman reported that her husband had threatened her with a revolver. The man was arrested on suspicion of first-degree assault. Thursday, June 29At 3:33 p.m., there was a report of a suspicious male coming into Prairie Center and asking a woman if she wanted to look in his grocery bags.Monday, Aug. 7At 8:01 p.m., a S. Main Street business reported that an 8-year-old child shoplifted rolling papers.Tuesday, Aug. 15At 11:40 a.m., a caller reported that a baby seal was in the middle of the road near the Keystone ferry dock. The deputy kept people away from the little animal until it went back to the beach and reunited with its mother.Sunday, Nov. 12At 5:57 p.m., a caller reported that someone at the hospital ER had an injured rabbit.Thursday, Nov. 16At 12:52 p.m., there was a report of a man urinating on a sidewalk.At 2:29 p.m., a hospital employee reported that a psychiatric patient was out of control in the ER.Monday, Dec. 25At 6:28 p.m., a child in Coupeville called 911 and said bye-bye I love you. "
