The sleepy guy had a sleeping bag and a backpack.At 8:30 a.m., there was a report that a code scanner was stolen from a SE Barrington Drive business.At 9:48 a.m., a Highway 20 businessperson reported that an employee was caught stealing change from a customers car.Thursday, Oct. 12At 3:59 a.m., a SW Kimball Drive resident reported that a man was refusing to leave and was acting disorderly.At 4:20 a.m., a caller reported that a man was passed out in the front seat of a car in front of the Harbor Light Tavern.At 8:50 a.m., there was a report that someone stole a weed eater and two leaf blowers from NE Seventh Avenue.At 10:14 a.m., a SW Third Avenue resident reported an ongoing problem with mail being stolen.At 3:07 p.m., there was a report that a man with a baby stroller was walking in and out of traffic on Highway 20 near Mitzels.At 3:14 p.m., there was a report that auto parts were stolen from NE Goldie Street.At 4:16 p.m., an employee at a Highway 20 business reported that a man was refusing to leave and trying to pick a fight with other customers.At 4:17 p.m., CADA reported that a domestic abuse victim was missing and her offender was in town.At 5:13 p.m., a parent reported that her 13-year-old son was assaulted near Oak Harbor Middle School.At 6:31 p.m., a caller reported that three boys on SE Barrington Drive were throwing apples into a window of an abandoned house.
