Troxell Road resident reported that someone broke into his home and stole a shotgun.At 5:33 p.m., a Heller Road resident reported that his neighbor has been videotaping him.Wednesday, Oct. 20At 7:53 a.m., a man reported that he found the side windows of his car smashed out at a park and ride near the Midget Market and a man sleeping inside, wearing the coat the owner left in the car. The man left wearing the coat.At 11:01 a.m., an Ocean View Drive resident reported that someone slashed a tire on his car.At 11:38 a.m., a Seal Rock Lane resident reported hearing a loud explosion that rocked her house.At 12:04 p.m., a Skagit Island dispatcher reported that the Army Corps of Engineers will be blowing up dikes at a deep water slough on Fir Island until Oct. 29. It involves a series of loud explosions every day.Thursday, Oct. 21At 3:02 p.m., a Moonstone Place resident reported that his car was stolen.At 7:13 p.m., a horse was reported loose on Sullivan Road.At 7:34 p.m., a 13-year-old girl reported a physical domestic between her mother and mom’s boyfriend. The incident was settled by contact.At 8:53 p.m., a Siesta Place resident reported that her neighbors saw people on her roof.Friday, Oct. 22At 10:54 a.m., a man reported that his logging equipment was vandalized on Advance Drive.OAK HARBOR POLICEThe following items were selected from reports made to the Oak Harbor Police Department:Tuesday, Oct. 19At 11:18 a.m., a N.E. Seventh Avenue resident reported that she was assaulted by her sister.At 3:32 p.m., a N.W. Eighth Avenue resident reported that two pairs of shoes and a ghost were stolen from his front porch.At 3:45 p.m., an E. Whidbey Avenue resident reported that her 12-year-old daughter was beaten up by another girl.At 6:00 p.m., a S.W. Kaleeton Loop resident reported that her 17-year-old son was tearing up the house.Wednesday, Oct. 20At 11:46 a.m., a woman reported that her 14-year-old daughter was been having “relations” with an 18-year-old man.At 6:52 p.m., an officer reported that a 14-year-old juvenile was arrested for obstructing a public servant.Thursday, Oct. 21At 12:07 p.m., an E. Whidbey Avenue resident reported the possible theft of a passport and ID from the mail.At 7:16 p.m., a woman reported that her ex-husband has been calling and threatening her.At 8:13 p.m., a man reported that someone stole a blood testing machine from his car at the Godfather’s parking lot.Friday, Oct. 22At 1:54 a.m., a S.W.
