Sales Manager Mozes named General Manager for Whidbey News-Times

Sound Publishing, Inc. is pleased to announce the promotion of Advertising Sales Manager Lee Ann Mozes to General Manager for the Whidbey News-Times and The Crosswind in Oak Harbor.

"I'm really impressed with Lee Ann's outstanding sales abilities and her excellent representation of the Whidbey publications in the community," said Keven R. Graves, executive editor and publisher for the Whidbey News Group. "Her new title is representative of her numerous responsibilities as the head of the newly-opened Oak Harbor office."

The new office is located at 31955 State Highway 20, No. 4 in Oak Harbor, boosting the News-Times' visibility in the community and providing a welcoming, professional space for customers and news sources.

"Lee Ann is an outstanding leader and true team player in every sense. She has her finger on the pulse of the community and she consistently comes through without fail," Graves said. "She is much more than a sales manager — she keeps the Oak Harbor office and its staff on track and works directly with members of the community."

In addition to the News-Times and Crosswind, Whidbey Newspaper Group publications include the South Whidbey Record, Whidbey Examiner and Islander Homes & Land.

Based in Washington State, Sound Publishing newspapers, classified publications, and partner newspapers serve western Washington and western Oregon communities. Sound’s expansive household distribution blankets the entire Greater Puget Sound region, extending northward from Seattle to Canada, south to Salem, Oregon, and westward to the Pacific Ocean.
