Reservations needed for Oak Harbor High School culinary fundraiser

Oak Harbor High School culinary arts group is hosting a dinner to raise money to compete in upcoming ProStart competitions.  The fundraiser is 5:30 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 24 in the Oak Harbor High School staff lounge located at the east end of the building.

Future chefs will cook seared ahi salad nicoise with watercress sauce, rabbit prepared three ways, passion fruit panna cotta, white chocolate mousse, almond tuile and passion fruit fettucini.

Cost is $50 per person.
