Who made the program float?

Aside from the project coordinator J.J. Jones, the people responsible for making the loaner lifejacket program a reality were:

David Flomerfelt, the OHYC and DPSPS member in charge of construction: Marty Malloy, OHYC member who donated building materials and plenty of elbow grease; Don Grate, the OHYC and DPSPS member who designed the kiosk and generated the materials list; Byron Skubi, OHYC vice commodore and roof constructor; Al Williams, DPSPS member and painter extraordinaire; and construction crew members, Dan Wright, past OHYC commodore; Jeff Campbell, OHYC member and club manager; and OHYC Rear Commodore Rex Dupris, Butch Roberts of Frontier Industries donated materials and Jill Johnson, the Greater Oak Harbor Chamber of Commerce executive director, donated the initial jacket order on behalf of the organization.
