County prosecutor seeks new system

After being turned down in earlier budget hearings, Island County Prosecutor Greg Banks went before the county commissioners Wednesday to ask for a new case management system.

The commissioners initially asked Banks to resubmit a proposal with the impacts on other agencies outlined as well as funding sources. The board authorized purchase of a system seven years ago, but the system is now obsolete.
