The Island County Sheriff’s Office is searching for an Oak Harbor man in connection with a burglary that took place at Ebey Bowl Memorial Day.

The Sheriff’s Office announced Monday afternoon it has probable cause to arrest Jason Bowen, a 33-year-old man described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, weighing 180 pounds and sporting a shaved head and a goatee.
