A resident attending the public meeting before the five-member elected board was concerned that the vouchers showed the interim coach, Steve Wicher, received more than $2,800 on top of his salary and there were concerns the park district was subsidizing his rent.

A look at almost any news media will show where the attacks lie. The First, Second and Fourth amendments are attacked regularly so politicians can further their own agendas. The president creates laws in violation of the Constitution that stipulates that laws originate in Congress.
