Jan 02 2013, 8:47 AM Editor, This is my open letter to Congressman Rick Larsen in response to an email I received regarding the so-called “fiscal cliff” facing America and stating that we need to “share the burden.” If there are “no budgetary sacred cows” as you say in your letter then why didn’t you mention the fact that military related spending eats up about 50 percent of our discretionary spending every year?
