Jennifer Katherine Hellmann and Eric Curtis Beus were joined in marriage on Feb. 25, 2012.

The ceremony and reception took place in Seattle on Capitol Hill at Sole Repair Shop.

The bride is the daughter of John and JoAnn Hellmann of Oak Harbor. The groom is the son of Curtis Beus of Omak, Wash. and Christy Sargeant of Pleasant Grove, Utah.

The ceremony was a blend of traditional and modern with readings by family members and close friends.

The bride is a 1998 graduate of Oak Harbor High School and Whatcom Community College. She is currently the director of PCC Natural Market’s store in Greenlake.

The groom is a 1999 graduate of Sequim High School and received his bachelor’s degree at Linfield College. He is currently the deli coordinator for PCC Natural Market’s store in Edmonds.

The couple honeymooned for a month in Italy and France before returning to their home in Seattle.
