The Severns family of Oak Harbor is pleased to announce the engagement of Brooke Severns to Clay Tacia, son of Reed and Sylvia Tacia, also of Oak Harbor. Ms. Severns, a graduate of Western Washington University, is a financial analyst for Safeway, Inc. Mr. Tacia graduated from Seattle Art Institute and is a media production specialist for public access television. They both reside in Seattle and are planning a Sept. 22, 2012 wedding.
