Golden anniversary noted with picnic

Maurice and Phyllis Lund recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with an old-fashioned picnic. The couple was married on July 9, 1960 in Spokane, but started their life in Oak Harbor following Maurice’s naval career. In addition to their children, grandchildren, siblings and cousins, many “old” and “not so old” friends gathered to make it a memorable celebration.
