Rotary recognizes February student of the month

Rotary Club of Oak Harbor President Greg Smith presents Whitney Hill with a certificate for being the February Student of the Month. She is a senior at Oak Harbor High School who excels at culinary arts. Hill was also awarded student of the semester in baking and pastry. She won the OHHS “Skills USA” competition and placed second in the district competition. She plans to get a bachelors degree in food business management from the Culinary Institute of America in New York.
