Rotary Club of Oak Harbor recognized Ben Gasper as its first Student of the Month for the new school year.

Gasper is currently a junior at Oak Harbor High School with a 4.0 GPA. He is currently taking four advanced placement classes, including United States history, chemistry, calculus and language. He is the top-ranked member of the varsity cross country team and is also a member of the varsity track and field team, specializing in the mile and two-mile distance races.

Gasper is also a member of DECA and the Key Club. He plans to attend college and major in chemistry and math.
