WHIDBEY PLAYHOUSE is hosting the holiday musical revue, “Christmas at the Playhouse,” beginning at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Dec. 1. Artists will sing, dance and perform. WHIDBEY COMMUNITY CHORUS is hosting two free Christmas concerts this weekend at First United Methodist Church in Oak Harbor. The first is at 7:30 p.m. Friday, Dec. 2, and the second at 4 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 4. Donations will be accepted. These will be the first concerts under new choral director Darren McCoy. The Friday night performance also will include Oak Harbor High School’s Harbor Singers.

WHIDBEY ALLIED ARTISTS is holding its winter Art &Gift Show and sale, Friday, Dec. 2, through Sunday, Dec. 4, at the Coupeville Recreation Hall. More than 20 artists from Whidbey will show and sell a wide variety of non-traditional and traditional art. The show will go from 10 a.m.-6 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 10 a.m.-5 p.m. Sunday. Admission is free.

NAVY BAND NORTHWEST will present a free holiday concert for the Oak Harbor community at 3 p.m., Sunday, Dec. 4, in the Oak Harbor High School Student Union Building. The Navy musicians perform in various musical units, including the Ceremonial and Parade Bands, Popular Music Group, Brass Band, Brass Quintet, woodwind chamber groups, and a Protocol Jazz Combo. Tickets are not required.

WHIDBEY ISLAND COMMUNITY ORCHESTRA presents, “The Night Before Christmas,” with David Ossman, 7 p.m., Dec. 9, South Whidbey Assembly of God, 5373 Maxwelton Road, Langley. Also, 3 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 11, at Oak Harbor Lutheran Church, 1253 NW 2nd Ave. Admission is free.
