Letter: What is going on with the Senior Center bus?

Editor,

I am appalled at the City of Oak Harbor. For the past 10 years, the bus used by the Senior Center has given many seniors with disabilities a chance to get off the island.

This bus has now been taken by the City of Oak Harbor and neither City Hall nor the Senior Center can say why.

Is there some plan to replace or contract out a bus to accommodate seniors with disabilities? Nobody seems to know.
