Monday, Dec. 12, I was grocery shopping at Haggens.

Upon returning to my SUV, I was loading and sorting groceries into the back, preparing a donation to the homeless. Inadvertently, my husband returned the cart to the rack, complete with my purse.

I would like to give my sincere thank you to the person who returned my purse, contents intact, to the customer service clerk inside the store.

We are so fortunate to live here with so many honest people who do the right thing.
