Letter: Latsinova best qualified for the state Court of Appeals

Editor,

There is one outstanding candidate running for the Court of Appeals. Rita Latsinova is uniquely the best qualified for this important position.

The Court of Appeals is very technical and requires an in-depth understanding of both the law and judicial procedures. Rita Latsinova is by far the most qualified in both areas. Rita has over 20 years of appellate experience, by far the most of the field.

Rita is endorsed by Washington Supreme Court Justices Barbara Madsen, Phil Talmadge, Bobbie Bridge and Rosselle Pekelis.

Having grown up in the Soviet Union, Rita has a unique understanding of the need for a reliable, consistent system of laws and courts. She believes in applying her experience to public service that is needed to right what is wrong.

I encourage you to go to RitaforCourtofAppeals.com and meet this exceptional person. After doing this, I am sure you will vote for Rita Latsinova for Court of Appeals.

Stan Stanley,

Oak Harbor
