We as a community are divided over the Navy’s continued use of Outlying Field Coupeville for fleet carrier flight crew bounce training.
A word or two of caution, I believe, is in order.
If standing in the shoes of truly hostile adversaries, would you think at a time of a nation’s perceived weakness they might test that nation’s true strength?
Reference the dysfunctional “other Washington”: Weak or perceived as weak?
Wars have begun over less, my friends. Food for thought.
