Pool levy, some clarification please.

The levy signs say, Pool Park Rec. I know what and where the pool is.

What park or parks does it cover? I have heard it is one dog park and also ball parks, which ones?

And what is meant by rec?

I want the pool to reopen, but hope there will be money to fix some of the items that need repair.

The hot tub surface is deteriorating and the bottom has been like a sandbox in areas.

Although the showers were again working before the closing, that was an ongoing problem. The shower floors are slippery in some places and cobblestone in other.

Can we not rush into opening the doors before the pool and the building are in good working condition? Thank you for all the folks who have been working so hard to see that our pool comes back.
