Cast picked for ‘Seussical’ production

The Whidbey Playhouse has filled out its cast for its debut of “Seussical, the Musical” coming this July.

The stars of the stage will include Christopher Beltran, Sydney Dickenson, Sophie Dickenson, Irene Gribble, Taylor Heidt, Abigail Hughes, Emily Hughes, Johnathan King, Megan LeMay, Katherine Limpin, Zoe Lowther, Jed Massengale, Shelby Montoya, Zack Nixon, Callie Nuttall, Janae Payne, Desiree Payne, Cassidy Rydell, Alyssa Schiffman, Spencer Schiffman, McKenzie Schneider, Sadie Strain, Jules Toney, Alexander Toney, Gabe Wynn, and Kate Wynn.

The production staff is led by director Brooke Smith; producer Grace Schiffman; technical director Matthew Powell; musical director Jamar Jenkins; choreographer Dino Rendon; and costume designer Julia Locke. “Seussical” is a wacky, fun-filled musical adventure into the zany world of Dr. Seuss.
