MEARING and MORRIS featured at Whidbey Art Gallery | Art & about

The Whidbey Art Gallery will feature the works of painter BARBARA MEARING and stone sculptor WOODY MORRIS during the month of July.

Barbara Mearing works in acrylic paint, pastels and colored pencil because these materials have drying qualities that allow her to work at a pace that is for her, the most pleasurable. Morris creates stone sculpture and water features. An artists’ reception will be held for Mearing and Morris on June 29 from 5-7 p.m. at the Whidbey Art Gallery, which is located at 220 Second St. in Langley.
