Oak Harbor Library will display the works of LOCAL ARTISTS AND PHOTOGRAPHERS in March and April during the Whidbey Reads events at the five Sno-Isle libraries. The Oak Harbor Library is located at 1000 S.E. Regatta Dr. Call 360-675-5115. www.sno-isle.org
