Skagit Valley College features Northwest printmakers in SURFACE, on view through March 1. An artists’ talk is set for 12:30 p.m. Monday, Feb. 4 in the SVC Art Gallery on the Mount Vernon campus and a closing reception is set for 5 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 21.
