Tickets are on sale now for Skagit Valley College’s GLOBALFEST in Mount Vernon. Academic, activist and author Raj Patel kicks it off Monday, Jan. 28 with an international dinner. GlobalFest runs through Feb. 21. Tickets available at mcintyrehall.org or by calling 360-416-7727 ext. 2.
