Oak Harbor Library displays artwork by teens from local middle and high schools in December. The TEEN ART SHOW opens with a reception at 7 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 13, and continues on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 14 and 15. Selected art will be on display in the library and lobby throughout the month. The library is located at 1000 SE Regatta Drive. Call 675-5115 for information.
