Skagit Valley College Art Gallery exhibits GLACIAL SPEED, work by Cynthia Camlin about environmental change, from Nov. 12 to Jan. 13 on the Mount Vernon campus. The gallery is open from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.
