Attend a CONTRA DANCE event for experienced dancers and beginners alike. Come alone or with a partner to enjoy this uniquely American folk dance at 7 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 13 at the Depot Arts Center in Anacortes. Live music is by the Flowing Tide band. The cost is $8 at the door. Call 360-755-3969.
