Singles needed for Dutch television show

For those who have been looking for love — or perhaps their big break — a television show based in the Netherlands may fit the bill.

Producers of the Dutch program “Origins of Love” are looking for unmarried people of Dutch descent (but born and raised in the America) between the ages of 25 and 45 to appear on the show.

Since Oak Harbor is a city of many Dutch descendants, the producers are hoping to interest local residents in applying.

The producers say this is an opportunity to date interesting and attractive Dutch men and women while exploring Dutch culture. The program will be shot in the Netherlands and America. Those interested must be single, adventurous, open minded and available during the winter of 2012/2013.

Anyone interested in applying for the program should email dutchtvproducer@live.nl or go to www.bluecircle.tv before Wednesday, Sept. 12.
