Penn Cove Gallery’s featured artist for September is RICHARD NASH. Nash’s work is called non-objective abstract expressionism. Meet him from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday, Sept. 4 and 5. The gallery is located at 9 Front St., Coupeville. Call 678-1176.
