Choochokam Arts brings CEE CEE JAMES AND BEN RICE to Whidbey Island Center for the Arts Tuesday, March 13, at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $15, or $50 for VIP; the show benefits Choochokam Arts. Call 360-221-8262.
