Art, mussels together in Coupeville
February 21, 2012 · Updated 2:20 PM
This year the Whidbey Working Artists Spring Tour, March 3-4, will kick off the festivities with a preview reception Friday, March 2, at the Pacific NorthWest Art School, located at 15 NW Birch St., Coupeville.
Enjoy refreshments and view work from some of the artists on the tour. Decide which studios to visit over the course of the tour; meet some of the artists and get fired up for a great weekend of art and mussels as the Whidbey Working Artists Studio Tour also coincides with the Mussel Festival.
On the way to the Mussel Mingle Friday night, stop by the Pacific NorthWest Art School to see the art. The reception will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Tour maps will be available. During the tour weekend, the art school will be the venue for four artists.
