Penn Cove Gallery will feature artist JOSEPH ALBERT for December. Meet him and watch him demonstrate his Native style art on Thursday, Dec. 15 and Friday, Dec. 16 at the gallery, located on Front Street in Coupeville. Call 678-1176.
