Whidbey Island Center for the Arts explores “Oliver Twist”

Whidbey Island Center for the Arts presents ‘The Dickens Project” at WICA, 565 Camano Ave., Nov. 7 through Dec. 21.

The Dickens Project combines the songs and stories of Victorian England and offers opportunities for artists and audiences to engage in complex and inclusive civic dialogue. The music and drama, at times vivid and revealing, provide direct links to our own time and to the social and political struggles we have overcome or continue to face.

“An Evening with Charles Dickens” featuring the author’s great-great grandson Gerald Dickens. Visit or call 360-221-8268 for more information.
