“Old Time Radio - Live On Stage!” presented by KWPA Whidbey Public Radio,  returns Saturday, Aug. 28, at 7 p.m. The 1940s classic crime drama, “The Whistler,” will be performed at South Whidbey High School. Tickets are on sale at www.kwparadio.org; Local Grown on the Coupeville Wharf; and Bay Leaf in Coupeville and Oak Harbor.
