The winner of the Charlotte Dowler Memorial Scholarship is Joshua Jacob Neil. He is the son of Donald and Suzanne Neil of Langley. Jacob plans to attend Eastern Washington University and pursue a degree in Sports Medicine and Physical Therapy.

The Wilma Patrick Scholarship was awarded to Maria Kidder of Coupeville. Maria is the daughter of Monica and Jay Kidder of Coupeville. Maria will attend the University of Washington with the goal of becoming a Registered Nurse.
