The Oak Harbor Lions Club participated in Oak Harbor’s National Night Out with a free raffle to win a stuffed lion. Out of 117 entries, 2-year-old ZACHARY LARSEN won the lion. Zachary’s mother Cami Larsen and his brother Andrew, were with him when he was presented with the prize, along with Lions Bill Cheaqui and Jim Ryan. Cami’s husband, Jason, is on a Naval carrier due home in March 2013.

The Lions also had free balloons and flyers. It was their first year to participate in the event and they had a ball, according to a press release.
