Western Washington University student earns scholarship | People and Places

Western Washington University student LAUREN BOUSHEY received a $1,000 Bowman Family Distinguished Scholars in Leadership scholarship for the 2011-2012 academic year. The Bowman Family Distinguished Scholars in Leadership awards incoming students who have an interest and aptitude to participate in the Karen W. Morse Institute for Leadership and the Leadership Advantage Program. Boushey, a freshman, is majoring in pre-medical studies and psychology and plans to graduate in 2015. Her professional goal is to earn her Ph.D. Boushey is the daughter of Margaret Burton of Oak Harbor.
